Using FileSender

FileSender allows you to send or receive large files securely and easily.

Send files

Upload your files, enter one or more recipient email addresses, then click Send. Recipients will receive an email with a secure download link.

Receive files using a voucher

A voucher allows someone to send files to you securely.

• Enter the recipient’s email address.
• Click Send Voucher.
• The recipient receives an upload link to send you files.

Transfer behaviour

• Links are unique and expire automatically.
• Only people you invite can access your transfers.
• You may receive email notifications depending on selected options.

Configured service constraints

• Maximum number of recipients : 10
• Maximum number of files per transfer : 10
• Maximum size per transfer : 50 GB
• Maximum file size for legacy browsers : 2 GB
• Transfer expiry : 7 days (max. 30)
• Guest voucher expiry : 2 days (max. 3)
